Oneida Potato

Your Year-Round Source for Premium Chip Potatoes

Founded in 2002, in the state of Wisconsin, Oneida Potato Exchange, LLC is a trusted leader in the production and supply of high-quality chip potatoes. Born from the partnership between Sowinski Farms, Inc. and Mark Bula of Signature Farms Inc., this company was established with a singular mission: To provide a reliable 12-month supply of premium potatoes, specifically for Kettle Foods.

Oneida Potato Exchange is extremely proud to be led by farmers who also manage their long-lasting family farms. Sowinski Farms was founded in 1942 and is now owned and operated by third and fourth generation family members. Bula began farming in 1980, and Signature Farms is continuing to flourish with second and third generation family members. Between Sowinski Farms and Signature Farms, Oneida Potato Exchange holds decades of agricultural expertise with a deep understanding of the potato market.

With farming operations strategically located across key growing regions in the United States, Oneida Potato Exchange ensures year-round availability, product consistency, and responsiveness to industry demands. The partnership focuses on growing and delivering potato varieties that meet the highest standards of chip quality, taste, and texture.

When performance matters, and quality is non-negotiable, Oneida Potato Exchange delivers.

Sackett Potatoes

A Century of Roots

For Brian Sackett, you might say potato farming was his destiny. It all started more than 100 years ago when his great-great-grandfather travelled from Nebraska to Michigan to start growing potatoes. Today, those roots remain as strong as ever – Brian’s son Tyler joined the farming operation in 2014 to represent the sixth generation – and all family members lend a hand to Sackett’s farming operation.

Brian farms with his father Alan, brother Jeff and son Tyler, and wife Abby takes care of the book keeping. The four of them are partners in the business. “My favorite part of my job is going to work every day as a family,” Brian said.
